Arrival and Departure Times:
Check-in time is between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. We always try to be here
to greet you personally. Let us know if you will be arriving later so
we can give you the code to the cipher-coded door. Luggage drop-off
may be arranged for your convenience. Checkout time is by 11:00a.m.
Should you need additional time, please ask. As we only have a few
hours to ready the house for the next guests, late checkouts, without
advance approval, may be charged for additional time.
Reservations:
Two or more nights as a minimum stay may be required based upon dates
selection. Reservations are confirmed with a charge for the first
night’s stay. Any balance is charged to your credit card at the end of
the cancellation period unless other arrangements have been previously
made. We look forward to meeting you and to sharing our bed and
breakfast home.
Availability:
Online reservations are the most effective for our guests. If you
prefer, e-mail us at

our toll free number at 1-800-630-3722. All reservations are confirmed
by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card.
Cancellations:
Most reservations require a cancellation before 14 days prior to
arrival to receive a full refund (minus a $25 service fee).
Reservations for special events, convention periods, holidays and
bookings of multiple rooms require a 30 to 60 day cancellation and may
incur a higher service fee. Please inquire before booking or check on
your guest confirmation letter*.
Smoking:
Alamo Street Victorian Inn is a smoke and candle free bed and
breakfast home. Smoking is permitted on the verandah or in the
backyard for fire prevention, safety and guest allergies. Please fully
extinguish all smoking materials at all times
Allergy Free:
Alamo Street Victorian Inn is totally pet and feather free in
consideration of allergic guests. Pets can stay at a separate vacation
home offered for extended stays only that is not part of The Great
Stays of Texas (HAT). The innkeeper has a pet dog in her quarters
located in a separate wing of the house.

We accept cash, Travelers Checks, Visa, MasterCard,
and the Discover Card. All reservations require a one night deposit by
credit card.
Rates are for single or double occupancy.
All cancellations incur a $25 service fee. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival are charged for the full stay
only if room is not rebooked.
We make every attempt to rebook cancelled rooms. If we have to charge
you, a rain check for a weekday stay equal to the number of days you
cancelled (within a one year period based on availability) may be
available.
Group Reservations for 3-5 Rooms
Reservations are refundable if made prior to 60 days before arrival
except for a $25 service fee per room. The balance for multiple rooms
reservations is due in full at the end of the cancellation period (60
days before the arrival date). If cancelled within the 60 day
cancellation period, the balance is refundable if the reservation is
rebooked. A surcharge may be made for use of the house by groups
depending upon specific requirements. Please contact us for more
information.
For All Reservations:
Please call if you are unable to keep your reservation as no-show
reservations are non refundable. Shortening the length of stay within
the cancellation period will result in a charge for the full stay
unless the room is rebooked.
Gift Certificates are available.
* Balance is due 60 days in advance for special holiday and fiesta
dates. Reservations canceled within 60 days of holidays, Fiesta and
other special events are charged for the full stay only if rooms are
not rebooked.
